From 11: 30 to 13: 30 we close the bedroom and the bathrooms of the Albergue to do the necessary cleaning and maintenance.

Yeah. We have 5 different rates:

• Tarifa Peregrin @ s: 15 € bed / night (With Creative Accreditation of Pilgrimage)
• Peregrin @ s price with breakfast included: 20 € bed / night (With Creative Accreditation of Pilgrimage)
• Standard price: 25 € bed / night.
• Standard price with breakfast included: 30 € bed / night.
• Full Occupation Rate: 20 € bed / night + Special Supplement 10€ for every unoccupied bed / night. Breakfast included.

No, all those who request it, whether pilgrim or not, may be accommodated.

The Cafeteria is open to the public and is not exclusive to the people who are housed, but rather to them.

Yeah. The toilets and showers are shared and are located in a separate unit of the bedroom. Each shower has a front cabin separate from the plate for greater comfort and privacy. Bathroom towels, gel and shampoo available.

Yeah. The beds will be made of clean sheets when you arrive. We also have sufficient bedding for all beds.

For nights of more than one night we do not care to make the bed for the next day, but if we change the sheets on the third day.

Yeah. In each bed there is a module that includes USB plug, light with switch and small shelf.

Yes, there is free WIFI in the Albergue available to all users.

Yeah. We're in charge of washing you and drying your clothes.

When you get to Albergue You can tell us if you need this service and we will provide you with a pair of barreño to prepare the clothes you want to wash and dry.

When it's clean and dry, we'll give it back to you in the same barreños.

The price of washing and drying is 8 €

It's possible. In our Albergue we are delighted to receive people who pilgrim or travel with their pets.

The persons responsible for the pets must be responsible for the proper hygiene and health conditions of the pets.

Pets must stay as long as possible alone in the bedroom space.

We ask that pets not go up to the beds and not take a bath in the toilets of the Albergue.

To feed or drink pets better avoid using any equipment from the Albergue. We advise to bring your own food and drink containers from the pets.

Any official photo ID. Citizens from outside the EU only with a passport

It is essential for us to be able to guarantee the rest of the people who stay in our Albergue.
From 22: 00 to 07: 00 we ask for silence in all the interior facilities of the Albergue.
For the people who are housed, we do not set any hours of return at night. So if you want to access the bedroom after 22: 00, we ask you to scrupulously respect the rest of the other people who may be sleeping.
If you intend to get up in the morning before 7: 00 we also ask you to respect the rest of the other people who are staying. Avoid, as far as possible, taking a shower before that hour.

Your items will be safe in the bedroom because the access is exclusive for people who are housed. In the rest of the facilities we advise you not to neglect control of your belongings because we cannot be held responsible for robberies or subtractions in such cases

We know in advance that you are going to take care of the facilities and furniture but if there was any malfunction due to your inadequate use of the facilities, let us know as soon as possible and we will assess whether you should take care of the costs of its repair.

You have a locker for your own use. If you leave any element of your luggage outside the locker, avoid the places of passage. It's very important that you never leave your backpack or your bags on top of the beds.

You have space to leave in a shared closet located in the bedroom. Please don't ever lie in bed with shoes.

No, for that purpose you have the coffee shop and our outside terrace.

No. We ask you to respect the order and distribution of all goods and goods. We also ask you not to take out any elements of the hostel without our prior authorization.

• In the face of any inconvenience or disrespectful act caused to the customers or staff of the Albergue.
• When we are full with the maximum capacity we have: 8 people in the accommodation and 25 people in the cafeteria.

• When they are generated, scandals or buzz, especially in the face of complaints from other users who are disturbed by their tranquility and privacy.
• We also reserve the right to be able to prevent access and / or stay in our establishment of persons who have previously failed to comply with the provisions of these Rules of Internal Law.
• We also reserve the possibility, if necessary, of seeking the help of the Security Forces and Corps.

Making rational use of energy through the usual measures:

• Turn off the lights when they are not needed,
• Close windows to avoid heat leaks
• Close the taps well and do not shed water unnecessarily,
• Notify us of any malfunction you can observe and that represents a misuse of energy.

Yeah. Depending on the availability for the dates you have chosen, you can choose between a low bed or a high bed in any of the 4 bunk beds. If the reservation is for more than one person, you can choose between booking beds in the same bunk beds or choosing beds indistinctly.

Yeah. You can spend more than 1 night in our Hostel.

When making your reservation you have the option to choose whether or not your rate includes breakfast.
In case you want to make other meals at our cafeteria, we'll be grateful if you can tell us in the section. Special requirements of the booking form or as soon as you reach our Albergue.

When you complete the booking process you will receive an email with the confirmation of your reservation. At the foot of this mail you will also find a link to the page details of your reservation.

Yeah. To request a modification or cancellation of the reservation you can do so by sending us a message from the detail page of your reservation, whose link you will receive at the foot of the confirmation mail.

The total payment of the reservation amount shall be paid in the own Hostel by cash payment or by bank card.
