We always ensure the quality of the services we provide and that is why we also want to guarantee that this quality is never affected by circumstances, uses or behaviors that do not depend on us.

For us it is essential to be able to guarantee the rest of the people who stay in our Albergue.
From 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. we ask for silence in all the interior facilities of the Albergue.
For the people staying there we do not establish any return time at night. Therefore, if you want to access the bedroom after 10:00 p.m., we ask that you scrupulously respect the rest of other people who may be sleeping.
If you intend to get up in the morning before 7:00 a.m., we also ask that you respect the rest of the other people staying. Avoid, as much as possible, showering before that time.
Your belongings will be safe in the bedroom because access is exclusive to guests. In the rest of the facilities we advise you not to neglect the control of your belongings because we cannot be held responsible for theft or theft in those cases.
We know in advance that you are going to take care of the facilities and furniture, but if any damage occurs due to improper use of the facilities by you, notify us as soon as possible and we will assess whether you should be responsible for the expenses incurred in repairing it.
You have a locker for your own use. If you leave any item of your luggage outside the locker, avoid passing places. It is very important that you never leave your backpack or suitcases on the beds.
You have space to leave it in a shared closet located in the bedroom. Please never lie on beds with shoes on.

- When scandals or noise are generated, especially in the face of complaints from other users whose tranquility and privacy are disturbed.
- We also reserve the right to prevent access and/or stay in our establishment of people who have previously failed to comply with what has been agreed in these Internal Regime Rules.
- Likewise, and if necessary, we reserve the possibility of seeking assistance from the Security Forces and Bodies.
Making rational use of energy through the usual measures:
- Turn off the lights when they are not needed,
- Close windows to prevent heat leaks
- Close the taps well and do not spill water unnecessarily,
- Notify us of any damage you may observe that represents misuse of energy.
