End of one stage - Principle of another

The first message we want to get you is that of a sincere thanksto have so generously welcomed our implementation in Enériz.

They are grateful because as people we have felt appreciated from the very beginning and very grateful also for your usual and generous assistance to our establishment.

We arrived in Enériz in May 2023 to establish ourselves here and start laying the foundations of the Pilgrim Hostel We decided to get going. During this period we have already set in motion what should be the coffee shop of our Hostel and has been serving you to this day.

At the same time we were developing the project of the adequacy of the spaces that would be the proper ones of the accommodation and that would represent our most important bet at the level of investment.

By the beginning of 2024 we started the planned works and by the end of April we had completed all the facilities. Once all the necessary licenses have been obtained, our establishment will change its cataloguing from hotel to tourist establishment.

So it was completed. the realization of our project And we started to fully develop the activity for which we came to Enériz. To this day we are already receiving people who stay in our Hostel at the same time as we continue to provide the coffee shop service.

This new situation closes a period and opens up another one that involves some adjustments that allow both services to live together. The main adjustment is that of the hours in which the Cafeteria serves the general public. While we keep the weekly opening hours at 9 a.m., the closing hours are at 22: 00 every day.

Our interest in continuing to provide the service of the Cafeteria to the entire public must be matched, necessarily, with the conditions of having people present: moderation of the voice volume at all times and scrupulous silence at rest hours.

It makes us very happy to share our satisfaction in having come this far and being able to see our project come true. As many and many you know, we are two people who have overcome the 60-year-old line, far from referring to retirement, we have embarked on the realization of an aspiration that we do not see as much as a business project for profit, but as the realization of a desire and an illusion. And in that line, many times surprising, we are. Here we are as long as we have health and we can remain faithful to our mission.
